The rules
- Verified Mandate. One responsible rep per artist per territory, backed by an agency roster listing, a management agreement or the artist's own confirmation.
- Exclusive pitching. Once verified, nobody else can pitch that artist in that territory.
- Conflicts pause pitching. Two claims on the same artist and territory freeze both until Lyve's trust team resolves it.
- Verified buyers. Company, role and booking history. A Verified Payer badge after settled deals through Lyve ENT.
- Facts, not stars. Median reply time, offer-to-close rate, settlement record and cancellations.
- Private by default. Budgets and fees are never shown per deal. Only aggregated bands feed the Lyve Index, with consent.
