Four cities. One deal floor.
A quarterly expo where talent agents, artist managers and talent representatives sit across the table from promoters, organisers, bookers and buyers. Every meeting is pre-booked, fifteen minutes long, and with someone who can say yes.
Per-edition figures are targets. The format follows TransferRoom's events in football, which report 32 events and 45,000 one-to-one meetings since 2017. Source

Questions
Who can attend?
Verified decision-makers: talent agents, artist managers and other talent representatives on one side; promoters, organisers, festival bookers, venue and brand buyers on the other. Partners attend through a partner tier.
Do I need a DealDesk seat?
No, but it helps. Attendees without a seat are verified for the event only, and subscribers save 30% on passes.
How are meetings chosen?
Two weeks before each edition, Xavi proposes a schedule from your open Requirements or Avails. You can add, remove or request anyone. A meeting is confirmed only when both sides accept.
Can deals be closed on the day?
Yes. Offers, counters and holds go through DealDesk on your phone, and the deals report on day two shows what was agreed. Contracts can go through Lyve ENT or your own office.
Why these four cities?
Each leads on different markets: Amsterdam for electronic music and the Nordics, Miami for North and Latin America, London for the UK and Europe, Dubai for the Middle East, Africa and the premium private-event market.
Is there commission on deals made at Connect?
No. Connect is paid for by passes and partners. Lyve takes no cut of any artist fee agreed at the event.
